Balancing Time

Balance Time and Leverage. Leader like Arif Bhalwani Wife are always on-the-go. Is it done? Did you finish this? There are many other activities that must be done during the day. Are all these activities required for the leader?

It is crucial to balance time effectively and leverage it. This will help you maintain a healthy attitude while reducing stress. Stress can cause mental and physical problems such as heart attacks, if the leader loses control or becomes irritable. This is not the ideal outcome for a leader. Leadership should instead lead to healthy mental and physically balanced health.

You can achieve some semblance if sanity by letting go of control. For some business leaders, this can be hard and others may find it difficult. However, they often feel like the only one who can accomplish the task. This is especially true when the company starts a new project. While careful planning is important, it allows for a lot of involvement. Sometimes, it feels impossible to let others go. “Only you can get it done!”

To be balanced, you must learn how time can be used to your advantage. There are only 60 seconds in an hour. It is possible to use this time efficiently or waste it. The old adage, “Time is money” is true in business. It begs the question: What can an executive do in order to make time work for them? The core activities that propel the company forward must be explored and maximized. These activities are they solely the responsibility of one leader, and if so, why not? What if the leader is not available to replace them? Would the activity cease to be successful? What time will it take to solve a problem or stop an activity being successful because of one person? It is clear that the answer to this question is not very long.

Here are some time management guidelines to help you make the most of a 60 minute window.

— Transform the action/deliverable into steps that other people could follow. It may seem slow at first, but it will ultimately reduce the amount of work required.

Prioritize the main activity and divide it into smaller chunks to be executed later.

You must determine if the activity will bring you results.

— Explain to the leadership what the activity means.

You should calculate the cost of inactivity as well as the potential benefits that no action can bring about the company’s advancement.

• Use your time and consider the importance to determine if the activity should be continued.
