There have been many great industrial leaders throughout history who have transformed our lives. They have also been leaders in military forces that have won world-famous battles, and they have led countries that have made a difference in entire societies.

Unfortunately, not-so great leaders can have an even greater impact on our lives than those who are the most powerful. Poor leaders have led to the destruction of institutions and companies, atrocities under the banner of freedom, and hardship for millions.

There are leaders in business and all other areas of life that don’t belong. They might have been born into a position or be in the right place at right time or just know the right people.
